Sponsored resolution providing that 2 percent of City’s Bond Packages will go to open space

  • Insures over $24 million of new open space acquisitions
  • Acquisitions will be performed in the next ten years

Completed East Gateway Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan and Amended the East Gateway Sector Development Plan

  • Helps promote new development in the area, such as the Four Hills Plaza. redevelopment
